Scenario Stress Tests

Focused exercises that test whether the client organisation gets decisions, recommendations, and results from AI features as intended.

We design scenarios around deployed features with regulatory or ethical considerations, and observe how decisions actually flow. Stress tests are conducted in partnership with academic and AI governance specialists.

Findings tell you where decision rights, oversight, and escalation paths bear scrutiny — and where they do not.
