Readiness Maps
Focused diagnostics designed for organisations who've deployed — or are about to deploy — AI features in their HR and Workforce systems. They identify where gaps are stymieing product performance, user and client outcomes.
Our scoring rubrics are adapted from leading academics and practitioners in data maturity, AI governance, and worker voice — including Data Maturity Matters. Executive-ready findings documents name and prioritise gaps in data and processes according to logic dependencies, their impact and risks.
Programme Design
After Readiness Maps surface the gaps, we design remediation roadmaps to close them. We build investment cases for granular technical work in the language of exec leaders.
We design interventions around issues that affect product and user performance — applying deep operational knowledge of skills ontologies, trusted external enrichment, data synthesis, and reference data. Drawing on our associate network where specialist input is needed.
AI Act & Governance Reviews
AI features often get blocked — by legal review, unions or works councils. Often the regulatory ground is too new for easy answers, even when vendor teams are confident.
We provide structured analysis and insight — on which legal teams, worker representatives or HR leaders can build defensible decisions. We map focus features against AI Act risk categories and assess readiness for deployer obligations under Article 26.

Scenario Stress Tests
Focused exercises that test whether the client organisation gets decisions, recommendations, and results from AI features as intended.
We design scenarios around deployed features with regulatory or ethical considerations, and observe how decisions actually flow. Stress tests are conducted in partnership with academic and AI governance specialists.
Findings tell you where decision rights, oversight, and escalation paths bear scrutiny — and where they do not.
